We want every family’s visit to CornerHouse to be as comfortable as possible. Here you’ll find information on what to expect before and after the forensic interview.
A CornerHouse advocate will reach out to you prior to the forensic interview to offer additional information, answer any questions you might have and get to know more about your loved one who is being interviewed. Caregivers will meet with a CornerHouse advocate to discuss current needs, connect about resources, referrals, safety planning, next steps, how to support their loved one after the forensic interview, and to be present when meeting with law enforcement and/or CPS.
