May Caregiver Support Group via Secure Video

The CornerHouse Support Group is a monthly meeting for parents/caregivers to receive support, education, and resources around trauma, abuse, and healing. It is also a place where caregivers can learn more about healthy boundaries, self-regulation, expression of feelings, safety-planning, and the healing/grieving process.

DATES

Tuesday, May 12 from 10am to 11am

Thursday, May 14 from 6pm to 7pm

Who can attend the Caregiver Support Group?
Parents, caregivers, or family members of children who have experienced some type of trauma or abuse. This group is an open group – participants are encouraged to attend sessions regularly, but can drop in as their schedule permits.

How much does the Caregiver Support Group cost?
The Monthly Caregiver Support Group is free of charge!

How does Secure Video work?
Secure Video is a platform that uses Zoom. It is confidential and secure, so only group members are able to access the group.

If interested, a packet will be sent to you to learn how to download Zoom and the technology required to participate.

If you have further questions about this process, please do not hesitate to reach out. You can also set up a time to download and practice with one of our facilitators prior to group, if needed. Please reach out to Emma Schroer to schedule this.
